STEP 1 : Obtaining a Digital Signature & DIN:

Digital Signature is a type of password which authenticate by theuser. DIN refers to Director Identification Number; anyone who is the proposed director of the company require to have a (DIN) Director Identification Number.

STEP 2 : Availability of Name Check

We will apply your company name approval with the registrar of companies (Roc). A maximum of 6 names can be provided for your name approval.

STEP 3 : Drafting of (MOA) and (AOA).

Consults with you and draft your Memorandum of Association (MOA)and Article of Association (AOA) for your perusal. So that your new company is to create with the top drafted Memorandum and Articles.

STEP 4 : Company Address Form 22 for situation of Office Address

STEP 5: DIR-12 for information regarding the Directors:s

STEP 6 : Getting Incorporation Certificate:

After Uploading the Forms, normally within 3-7 working days to get your Company Incorporation Certificate.
